The science and art of teaching career planning, job skills, resource management, time management, nutrition, food preparation, menu planning, parenting, child care & development, healthy living, clothing and textiles, consumer education, money management, decision making, problem solving, human relationships, family development, and anything else that touches the home and heart.
One thing I learned this past summer that is very simple, but I never realized it before, is if you want to search for a power point about a specific topic, go to Google and type in the topic, a space, then .ppt (example: budgeting .ppt) and you will get whatever power point presentations are available on the web. Same goes if you want a picture, type in the topic, a space, and then .jpg. If you want a handout, type the topic, a space, and then .pdf
